I had the joy of photographing a hands-on mocktail class taught by Charles Straker & Max Lauber at The Kitchen House in College Park, an Orlando nonprofit focused on sustainability and plant-forward cooking. As part of their Culinary Curiosities series, students crafted three unique garden-inspired mocktails - the banana ‘groni, chai tai, and green machine - using fresh ingredients like dill harvested straight from the garden. This interactive cooking class was filled with creativity, flavor, and intentional learning, and it was such a fun time to documenting each moment!
